A fine dining restaurant known for its lavish buffet located at Atlantis The Palm, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai
Journey:
We headed here for breakfast during our staycation at the Imperial Club in Atlantis .
Ratings: 7 Golden Nuggets
Ambiance:
The decor has a sophisticated and elegant touch to it. The interiors are well done. The place is a hot spot for the guests residing at the hotel and visitors coming to the hotel so it is busy 24/7 making it a vociferous setting which isn’t suited for those who prefer their space and peace of mind.
Brownie Points:
Wifi
Kid friendly

Bite Board:
Breakfast Buffet [AED 155]: A bountiful sumptuous spread that is pleasing to the eyes as well as the tummies.
Everyone has their own morning rituals and this spread definitely caters to all those needs be it fresh juices, scrambled eggs, vadas, idlis, dhoklas, or good ol’ bacons, eggs, cornflakes and hashbrowns. You name it and they have it. The cuisines offered include Arabic, Asian, Indian and International.
We tried the turkey bacon which was a complete disappointment, as it was very chewy and cold.
The scrambled eggs offered were cold but if you wanted a customized version there were live counters with chefs making it according to your liking. The chefs are very attentive and helpful with any of the concerns you have regarding the food at that counter.
The hash browns were fabulous and cooked to perfection. Every bite was hot and crispy that took you to a happy place. Definitely did pile up on these divine morsels.
Smoked turkey and chicken sausages with scrambled egg pizza ever heard of this combination before? Yeah don’t think so, this was an astonishing blend but definitely well prepared that you could taste all the flavors and nothing overpowered or hid the other ingredient.
There was a corner dedicated to the fresh fruits so all those fitness freaks out there you can pig out on the healthy foods provided.
The desserts did not impress us, had quite a number a fruit pastries rather than anything sweet. The raisin danish we had was not that great and did not match our sweet tooth expectation . We would have loved to see something like a chocolate muffin to complete the meal with a bitter sweetness to it.
Service:
It’s more of a self-service atmosphere so you have the staff escorting you to your table asking for tea/coffee and finally the bill of course. The staff was friendly and efficient. The servers try and do justice to the people seated but more staff is required to attend to all guests.
It is better to book your table in advance so you will not face any misunderstandings and will have a hassle free experience.
Cash Flow:
Definitely high priced after all you are looking at luxurious dining but still worth one time visit to experience the high end vibe and never ending variety offered that undoubtedly cannot be tried by one person alone.
The prices vary for each meal and even certain cuisines are more predominant on particular days such as Indian cuisine on Monday. The price factor can be managed with the entertainer app which offers special deals. Recommended for heavy eaters with enormous appetites.
