Clinton Street Baking Company

A scrumptious food truck that is not to be missed at the Truckers event.

Journey:
We had been planning to visit the Truckers event for quite some time and finally made a trip to World Trade Center on a Saturday to have a tasting session and OF COURSE stuff and surround ourselves with FOOD!

Ratings: 9 Golden Nuggets

Ambiance:
The vibes are all casual, outgoing and chilled with backlit frames and lighting all around the place. A great band, Part Time Sinners Dubai, playing fab music and taking your requests as well to perform, DJ to rock the dance floor, even a bar who wants to have a drink or two and could take a chill pill in a bus and reminisce with your friends and families. Overall, a jovial atmosphere that could be related to all kinds of individuals from kids to adults.

Brownie Points:

Parking
Wifi
Kid-friendly

Bite Board:

Fried Chicken & Waffle [AED 35]: Two large breast pieces of succulent chicken and waffles that tasted DELISH with each bite. These are made in buttermilk and are one of the award winning recipes of the restaurant. This was accompanied with a maple syrup sauce that included honey and tabasco which did not let the dip become too sweet. A scrumptious recommendation for all those sweet chicken lovers out there; you will end up coming back for more that’s our guarantee!

The serving is very filling and could be easily shared by two hungry souls!

Service:
We had an amazing experience thanks to Chef Anna and her team who spoke to us about the new outlet that has recently opened up in CityWalk. She also, gave her suggestions on the menu to try out the best items and she did a superb job at that.

Cash Outflow:
We found the pricing to be quite reasonable for the items being offered. Definitely worth spending the bucks for a great meal and a happy tummy!

Circling Back:
We LOVED the food truck and will be making an appearance soon at the CityWalk outlet to enjoy the breakfast, desserts and other goodies offered at Clintons.

Have any of you been to Clintons Street Baking Co.? How was your experience?

Is the place scrumptious enough?
