A perfect place to workout, relax and a must try out for all the vegans out there.
Journey:
We decided to hold our first bloggers meet at this hidden gem in Jumeirah.
Ratings: 7 Golden Nuggets
Ambiance:
The place has a peaceful and calm atmosphere with a garden outside, a stony pathway, a board to write your wishes and a mini library with a good collection of books to read on life, philosophy, and health. It’s the go to place in winters when the weather is on our side rather than on a sunny day but works either way for anyone who would want to enjoy some light! The cafe is surrounded with inspirational quotes on a healthier lifestyle.

Bite Board:
1. Zuchini Pasta [AED 62]: This was spaghetti pasta with thai spicy sauce along with zucchini, red and green bell peppers and mushrooms cooked in sesame oil. The food was fresh but the after taste was not something we were fond of as it did not suit our appetite. The spice was way off the charts for us but might be liked for spicy vegan food fans.
2. Chocolate Porridge [AED 52]: A mix of gluten free oats, organic chocolate, and coconut palm sugar topped with strawberries, banana slices and mixed nuts. A healthy and tasty combination which we loved the most.
3. Oreo Ice-Cream Tower [AED 39]: This was a summer special menu dish which we were intrigued by so couldn’t resist ordering. We thought that the name did not match the quantity provided as we expected more from the dish. It had a great taste with two layers of the chocolate and the cream filling with a flower garnish on the top. This was one of our other highlight dishes which we loved but wished the quantity was more than provided.
4. Acai Bowl [AED 47]: Acai berries combined with banana, chia seeds and chocolate shavings in a coconut bowl. The dish was beautifully presented with organic chocolate shavings in a coconut bowl. The dish was beautifully presented in a coconut bowl and garnished with a flower. We liked this dish, both in taste and the presentation, but felt that the coconut was a bit too overpowering and could not taste any of the fruit flavors.
Service:
The staff was very hospitable to us and our fellow bloggers. A special shout out to the head chef, who came out to meet us and gave an overview of the place conducting pilate and yoga classes as well as running the cafe alongside to cater to their fitness customers. The only downfall was the time it took for our orders to be arrived which slightly put us off but overall a good experience.
Cash Outflow:
For vegan options it might seem reasonable for some people but since we are not regulars of vegan food we found the pricing to be kind of expensive for a regular visit.
Special thanks to Eda for hosting us and holding event.

Circling Back
We had our first experience with vegan food but we are not so sure about returning so quickly since we are more fond of our regular options with cheese, fats and sugar. Nevertheless, it’s a recommended place to try out for all the vegan foodies or if you want to go for a different style of food once in a while.
