A fun and happening sports bar that serves up delicious food along with great deals on drinks!
We were invited for a tasting session to sample their new menu, ‘Slider Mania’.
The outlet of The Huddle we visited, was the one located in Citymax Hotel, Al Barsha. Conveniently located for all the hotel guests, it’s located on the ground floor itself for easy access even for outside guests. The theme inside the bar is entirely sports themed. You have giant screen TVs relaying most games across different sport channels at the same time. The entire vibe at the bar is very fun and exciting, with crowds cheering with each game! In addition to all plus points, one thing we really enjoyed was the music they played before the main game started for the evening. The music was lovely classic rock, from the 80/90s.

1. Bunny Chow Sliders [AED 45]: Presenting the Bunny Chow Sliders at The Huddle Sports Bar! This delicious dish is served up in three cute little bread cups made orange with carrot puree, and then loaded with brilliant tangy butter chicken which is then topped with a tiny dollop of yogurt and mango puree. We loved the taste of this one and definitely recommend it.

2. Mumbai Street Sliders [AED 39]: This one comes in three varieties. You have the Punjabi Samosa slider which we liked the best amongst the three. The next one is a vegetable pakoda slider that had this nice crunchy exterior but we found it to be a little dry. Paired with a little more of the mint chutney which was amazing, this one would have been perfect. And lastly, we had the vada (potato fritter) slider which again we found a little dry but that being said the flavors were definitely on point. Not too spicy and not bland either. They’ve managed to hit that right note taste wise. Only disappoint would be the buns which should have been a little more firm as they crumbled easily with each bite.
We found the service at The Huddle perfect! Our server was very attentive to our requirements. We also met the Chef Shibu and he took time out to speak to us about the sliders.
For drinks, you have some awesome deals during Happy Hour! Regular prices scale around moderate.
Would definitely love to make this our constant game night hub for days when we don’t want to miss a big game!
