For Iftar, they will be offering a set menu.

Drinks: We were served Kamerdin, Tamar hindi, and Laban with mint. We liked the flavors of kamerdin and tamar hindi but we found the laban to be too frothy and didn’t enjoy it as much.

Soup: You have a choice to pick between lentil soup and chicken harissa along with garlic crouton. We went for the lentil and totally loved it! The flavors were on point, add some lime to it and the dish goes to a new level altogether.

Hot and Cold Mezze: A platter with cheese samosa, fried kibbeh, vegetable spring rolls, Mediterranean salad, labneh and hummus. The cheese samosa was crisp and delicious! The spring rolls were also good. The salad was fresh and light. This is served along with a bread basket.

Main Course: There are three options available to choose from.

1. Grilled chicken breast with steamed vegetables, mashed potato and creamy mushroom sauce.

2. Beef Tenderloin served with steamed vegetables, mashed potato and wild mushroom sauce.

3. Spicy Arrabbiata with your choice of pasta and parmesan cheese.

The grilled chicken was succulent and went well along with the sauce. Only problem was that the dip was too thin.

We asked the tenderloin to be prepared medium rare. The meat was a little tough, though taste wise it was really delicious.

For those who prefer arrabbiata will love the pasta, we aren’t huge fans of it so we would pick other options. A good substitute for the vegetarians in the house.

Desserts: Especially for this season they have introduced Umm ali and Muhalabieh to be in line with the Iftar tradition.

The umm ali was packed with flavor, had the right texture and tasted amazing.

Muhalabieh was served in a crunchy tart with dates topping along with sugar syrup being poured. The sugar syrup was again too watery, a little work on it and the dish would be perfect!

The servers are friendly and courteous. They provided excellent service.

Cash Outflow:
The set menu is priced at AED 124.
